Hi, This is probably a very strange question.In 2008, I moved from Edmonton to Ottawa, and a representative fromHighland came to my home to give an estimate. My infant son was withme at the time, and the representative went out to her car and cameback with a teddy bear with the Highland logo on his belly. Over the last few years, my son has grown very attached to this bear,and cannot sleep without it. Last week, the bear went missing for awhile, and he was pretty distraught. We managed to find iteventually, but I'm wondering how I can acquire a backup, just in caseit goes missing again. Can I buy another, identical bear?I have included a photo of the bear in question.The bear's name, by the way, is How. On Sat Jan 29, in the middle of the big storm you moved my son, Sean Near, from an apt at 333-17Ave SW Calgary to 2120 Southland Dr SW Calgary. When arranging the move Sean found your telephone staff to be most friendly and organized. The crew were very efficient, friendly and hard working. Given the snow storm they were running a few minutes late but called ahead to advise. Almost 30 years ago Highland Edmonton unloaded my move from Ontario, handled one house move 20 years ago and has helped me move offices a few times. Now another generation is using your services. Keep up the good work, and kudos to the latest crew.
