Ryan - Ottawa : Hi, This is probably a very strange question. In 2008, I moved from Edmonton to Ottawa, and a representative from Highland came to my home to give an estimate. My infant son was with me at the time, and the representative went out to her car and came back with a teddy bear with the Highland logo on his belly. Over the last few years, my son has grown very attached to this bear, and cannot sleep without it. Last week, the bear went missing for a while, and he was pretty distraught. We managed to find it eventually, but I'm wondering how I can acquire a backup, just in case it goes missing again. Can I buy another, identical bear? I have included a photo of the bear in question. The bear's name, by the way, is How. Long story.

Mike and Phillip were amazing, and never at one point was there ever a doubt that I wasn't getting the best customer service possible. They had a smile on their faces the entire time-even this morning while unloading up to the 4th floor of a 4 story walkup-without an elevator. I don't remember the other gentlemens name that helped them unload today-but he was great as well. I had brought 5 cases of wine with me from edmonton personally, and they were quick to offer to carry them up for me.
